Extreme Mountain Biking
Learn to negotiate tough terrain, maintain your bike in top condition, push yourself to the limits and tame the trails used by desperados and claim jumpers in the 1800's.  Polish your skills on our technical course before you acccept the challenge of a 10, 25, or 40-mile trek.

Back Country Trek / Cross Country Orienteering
Learn land navigation, wilderness survival, and first aid skills.  Polish your orienteering skills as you traverse historic Holcomb Valley and retrace the steps of early gold miners.  Bring your backpacking gear and be ready to stake your claim.

Horseback Trek
Learn the ways of early pioneers and cowboys riding the range.  Grab your hat and learn to rope and ride as you spend time in the saddle of a trusty steed.  Step back into the Wild West and spend a night under the stars in your bedroll, cooking in a dutch oven, and telling tall tales around the campfire.

Rock Climbing
Test your courage as you climb to new heights on our 32 foot climbing wall, and tackle natural rock.  Learn the ways early explorers conquered the unforgiving terrain as they mapped new routes to the west.  Are you ready for the challenge of a lifetime?

Shooting Sports
Take aim and hit your mark!  Action archery, black powder rifles, shotguns and tomahawks were essential tools of the 1800’s.  Come test your sharp shooting skills against our best marksmen.  Learn new techniques, and hunting skills as you trek through our wilderness area.
