Old Baldy Council, BSA

Council Merger Information

On May 1, 2006, Old Baldy Council (OBC) will be merged into two adjacent councils; San Gabriel Valley Council (SGVC) and California Inland Empire Council (CIEC).  The Los Angeles County area of OBC (Sunset District) will merge with the SGVC and the San Bernardino County area (Golden Eagle & Trails End Districts) will merge with CIEC.

World Jamboree

There will be no changes for the OBC youth who have already registered for the World Scout Jamboree.  Information for the OBC youth will continue to be provided at this link:  Scouting International.
