 The Training Award Program is designed to recognize those Scouting leaders who have shown an interest and dedication by giving up their personal time to attend training programs and serving the Scouting program. Below is a listing of the recognitions available to adult leaders. Each of these awards is represented by a square knot that can be worn on the field uniform. Information and requirements for the awards can be found in the Leadership Training Committee Guide, which is available at the Old Baldy Council Service Center.
